Full job description

Farm Secretary
Part Time (2 days per week)
Pro rata salary: £27,500 – £37,500 (DOE)

We are looking for a Key Prime confident Farm Secretary / Accounts Administrator to join a friendly, small team within a growing medium-sized business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing day-to-day financial tasks accurately and professionally.

Your responsibilities:

Process purchase and sales invoices in Key Prime
Support monthly accounts preparation and reporting
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
Manage supplier statements, payments, and customer accounts
Work closely with the operations and administration team
Assist with VAT returns and year-end preparation
Assist the Head of Farming with general administration and record keeping tasks as required
Payroll and overtime reconciliation using Bright HR
General housekeeping of office, stationery etc

What We're Looking For

Experience using Key Prime in a business environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confidence working independently and as part of a small team
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
