Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of supervising teams and ensuring organisational efficiency. Qualifications

Proven management experience within hospitality and supervising experience is essential.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Previous experience in team management roles with a focus on motivating staff towards shared objectives.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
