Administrative Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract – Business Closure Support)

Easylet Property Management UK Ltd

Easylet Property Management UK Ltd is seeking a highly organised and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team during the final stages of our business closure. This is a fixed-term position ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Organise and maintain company records and documentation.
Assist with filing, archiving, and preparing files for secure storage.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries where required.
Prepare correspondence and administrative documents.
Support the management team with final business administration tasks.
Assist with data entry, record reconciliation, and document management.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders as instructed.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

Desirable

Experience within the property management or lettings sector.
Familiarity with document retention and business administration processes.
