Operations Executive – Join a Growing, Compassionate Team

Salary: £30,000

Variety Funerals is a national funeral director that provides compassionate and affordable funeral packages. We are committed to supporting families during difficult times, offering high-quality cremations at significantly lower prices than traditional high street funeral homes. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and the most cost-effective options to our clients.

About the Role:

As Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an office-based role and your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily activities, including communication with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinating funeral arrangements, such as booking collections and cremations.
Reconciling payments and generating reports for monthly board packs.
Handling ad-hoc tasks as required.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a operations role.
A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred.
Must live within a commutable distance of Towcester.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
