Bartender

Location: The Dial - Home Of Meantime.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour + service charge (typically around an additional £2.00 per hour)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Bartenders to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and to a high standard.
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
Handle card payments accurately.
Check identification and comply with licensing laws.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending or hospitality experience is essential.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A team player with a genuine passion for hospitality.
