Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanour, strong organisational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer opportunities for career development within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food efficiently to customers in a courteous and timely manner
Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote special offers or events
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the start and end of shifts
Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods using excellent time management skills

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is preferred but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours
Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the business needs
