Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable individual to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a vibrant and dynamic environment. Duties

Providing high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client's preferences
Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and offering expert advice where appropriate
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work station and tools
Building lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and barbering

Requirements

must have at least 5 years experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering is desirable
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively and articulate clearly
A recognised qualification or certification in hairdressing or barbering is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Organised with good time management skills to
A genuine passion for hairstyling and delivering outstanding client care
