Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and improving product quality standards across our operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about quality control and analysis to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic environment. The role involves ensuring products meet specified standards, analysing data to identify areas for enhancement, and supporting the organisation’s commitment to excellence.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Analyse quality data, test results, and production reports to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in the development of training programmes related to quality standards and procedures for staff.
Perform audits on processes and systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on analysis findings.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.

Experience

Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards such as ISO or Six Sigma is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively at all levels.
Previous experience with documentation management and audit processes is advantageous. This role is ideal for motivated individuals committed to upholding high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement within our organisation.

Pay: £48,200.00-£59,387.51 per year
