Job Summary

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize efficiency
Serve as a mentor for team members, providing training on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and service standards

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
Extensive food production and preparation expertise with a strong foundation in cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities to inspire staff and foster growth
Solid kitchen experience with knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Excellent culinary skills with an eye for presentation and quality control
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including serving and guest interaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
