For over 20 years, Utility Aid has helped charity and not-for-profit organisations bring down their energy costs. This includes reclaiming overcharges, managing administration and advising on all energy-related matters.

Our customers include housing associations and community groups, schools, churches and frontline support services. We treat every case as unique while drawing on many years of experience working across multiple authorities and organisations of all shapes and sizes.

The partnerships team is looking to expand and is currently looking for a Partnership Liaison Officer!

The Role

As a Partnership Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Utility Aid's partner organisations, ensuring they receive exceptional support and maximum value from our services. By building strong, trusted partnerships, you will help strengthen our presence within the charitable sector and contribute to long-term partner success.

Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate on strategic initiatives, projects, and campaigns that enhance partner engagement, generate valuable insights, and identify opportunities for new business growth. Through proactive account management and effective relationship building, you will play a key role in supporting Utility Aid's mission to deliver meaningful value to our partners and the organisations they serve.

Key responsibilities include:

· Account Management: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, building strong, trusted relationships and acting as the key liaison between partners and the wider Utility Aid team to ensure an excellent partner experience.

· Project Management: Coordinate and deliver multiple projects, campaigns, and collaborative initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and achieve agreed objectives.

· Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner activity, produce regular performance reports, monitor budgets, and effectively manage your workload and calendar to ensure priorities are met.

· Events Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend partner meetings and events, including travel and occasional overnight stays. Effectively manage schedules and balance competing commitments.

· Adaptability & Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by responding positively to changing priorities, supporting new initiatives, and working collaboratively across teams to meet evolving business needs.

We are looking for someone to join our team who can quickly build meaningful relationships and has a strong commercial mindset. While being sales-focused is important, our priority is building genuine partnerships rather than making sales the sole focus of every interaction.

We are seeking a personable, proactive individual who takes the time to understand our partners' challenges, listens carefully to their needs, and works collaboratively to deliver effective solutions. By building trust and long-term relationships, you will help create value for our partners while supporting our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be:

· Friendly and approachable

· Be able to multi-task

· Be detail orientated

· Have experience managing schedules and completing administrative tasks

· Be confident in handling data and running reports

· Be willing to travel across the UK for events and team meetings

Job Type: Full-time
