Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through various insurance options, providing tailored advice, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with exceptional service. Duties

Assess clients’ insurance requirements through detailed consultations and analysis of their financial circumstances.
Explain different insurance policies, including life, health, home, and motor insurance, ensuring clients understand the benefits and limitations of each.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options that align with their needs and budgets.
Prepare and process insurance applications, amendments, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends to provide informed advice.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage long-term loyalty.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to resolve claims or policy issues promptly.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience or interest in the insurance industry is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks within the UK insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
A valid right to work in the UK is essential; previous experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial but not required.
