Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Grill Chef/Burger Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes, with a focus on burgers, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for efficient meal service
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal quality
Serve freshly prepared meals promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to manage busy service periods effectively and ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to operate grilling equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail in presentation
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve customers effectively
Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, speed, and adaptability under pressure
