Salary: £14.79 - £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time, waiting time between calls and 45p per mile mileage allowance. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your duties will include:

Personal care and support with daily living activities
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Medication prompts and assistance where required
Light household duties and domestic support
Shopping and community access support
Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
Companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and involvement in care planning
Accurate recording and reporting of care visits

No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!

Whether you are new to care or already have experience, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
