Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team. This vital role involves facilitating smooth communication between tenants and our construction teams, ensuring tenant needs are addressed efficiently while maintaining positive relationships throughout project phases. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate with project teams to schedule tenant access and manage disruptions effectively
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, requests, and feedback using Yardi or similar property management software
Conduct data entry tasks related to tenant information, and service requests with precision
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Assist in upselling additional services or upgrades to tenants where appropriate to enhance their experience
Support administrative functions such as filing, report generation, and general office duties to ensure smooth operations
Attend Pre-Entry Surveys
Receive and record any complaints ensuring they are delt with quickly and effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience with property management systems
Strong office experience with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive tenant relationships
Prior experience in Social Housing and customer service role preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies
Understanding of internal/external works within Social Housing planned/re active works.
