Multi-Drop Van Driver (DPD Dedicated Route)

Location: Maidstone
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Pay: £125 to 140 per day

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our growing team on a dedicated DPD delivery route. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced delivery driver who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and delivering parcels safely and efficiently.

A fully equipped 3.5T delivery van, fuel card, and Hire & Reward commercial insurance are provided, allowing you to focus entirely on your deliveries.

Average of 80–110 stops per day
Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend work

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-provided 3.5T delivery van.
Complete multi-drop parcel deliveries within your allocated route.
Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service during every delivery.
Follow all road traffic regulations and company procedures.
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
Complete delivery records accurately and report any issues promptly.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.

Requirements

Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
Maximum of 6 minor penalty points.
No active IN10, DR10, or TT99 endorsements.
Willing to complete a Standard DBS check.
Previous multi-drop delivery experience (DPD, Amazon Logistics, Evri, Yodel, DHL, or similar) is preferred.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels safely.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable navigating residential areas, suburban roads, and rural Kent routes.
