What we are looking for in you

If you are excited to have a job that is different every day then this may be the job for you. Whilst there are tasks that have to be completed on a daily basis, this role also can present some interesting challenges.

We are excited to be recruiting for an Accommodation Support Enabler for our temporary accommodation provision in Bridgwater, working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This part time role will be part of our small but perfectly formed team that work Monday- Friday between 8am-8pm.

We are keen to find people who really believe in our customers and their potential and who are motivated to make a real difference in for our customers and communities. We are seeking a self-motivated team player with a flexible mindset, who can encourage and enable those we support to become empowered by providing opportunities for progressive change.

You will work collaboratively with the team to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with our customers, colleagues and other relevant agencies.

You will be working as part of a team, but there will be occasions when you will be lone working, therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone, however we have a robust system in place to offer advice and support when lone working.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of others. We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.
