Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate <PERSON> Trainer specialized in Domiciliary Care to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the skills and knowledge of care professionals delivering vital services in clients’ homes. As a trainer, you will lead engaging training sessions, develop innovative learning materials, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will ensure that our care staff are equipped with the latest best practices, compliance standards, and compassionate approaches necessary for exceptional domiciliary care. This position is ideal for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to elevating the quality of home-based care through effective training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to domiciliary care staff using platforms such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions that enhance skills in patient care, health & safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Utilize HRIS systems like Workday to track training progress, certifications, and staff development records accurately.
Mentor new hires and existing team members by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to foster professional growth.
Collaborate with human resources and management teams to identify training needs based on performance data from systems like Salesforce and HRIS.
Prepare clear presentation materials and instructional content that align with organizational standards and industry regulations.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, assessments, and certifications in SharePoint or other designated systems to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching or training within the domiciliary or healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of home care services.
Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Adobe Captivate and familiarity with SharePoint for content management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Experience working with HRIS platforms like Workday or similar systems for employee data management.
Strong mentoring abilities coupled with presentation skills that inspire confidence and motivate learners.
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff development, compliance standards, and certification processes.
Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles while maintaining a lively, positive approach.
