Full job description

Cosmetology Company is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing aesthetics clinic.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who can lead a team, improve systems, drive clinic performance and deliver an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for someone proactive and solutions-focused who can identify gaps within the business, implement improvements and take ownership of clinic performance rather than waiting for direction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Manage, support and motivate the clinic team.
Set, monitor and report on clinic targets and KPIs.
Monitor revenue, practitioner performance and diary utilisation.
Identify gaps in diaries and implement strategies to increase bookings.
Monitor consultation conversion, rebooking and client retention.
Develop strategies to reactivate existing clients and generate repeat business.
Improve the client journey from initial enquiry through to treatment, aftercare and rebooking.
Increase genuine client reviews, referrals and recommendations.
Review existing clinic systems and implement new processes to improve efficiency.
Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, stock levels and wastage.
Manage rotas, annual leave, recruitment, onboarding and staff performance.
Manage client feedback and complaints.
Support clinic governance, policies, procedures and operational standards.
Contribute to the clinic’s wider growth strategy.
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the Company Director.

About You

You will have:

Minimum 3 years’ management experience, ideally within aesthetics, healthcare, medical, dental, beauty or another premium client-focused environment.
Proven experience managing and developing a team.
Experience working with commercial targets and KPIs.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to grow a service-based business.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Experience improving systems and processes.
Excellent customer-service standards.
Confidence managing staff performance and difficult conversations.
The ability to analyse performance and turn information into action.
A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach.

Previous aesthetics or medical-clinic management experience would be highly advantageous.

This role would suit an experienced manager who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure and helping a business grow.

You will work closely with the Company Director while having the autonomy to identify opportunities, implement improvements and ensure the clinic consistently performs at a high standard

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
