Brand New Cambodian Restaurant Opening – Soho, London

Following the success of our Borough Market pop-up, Barang is opening its first

permanent restaurant in Soho’s iconic Kingly Court. We’re seeking an experienced

Front of House Supervisor to help lead our opening team and set the standard for

exceptional hospitality.

About the Role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in running

confident, smooth services while leading by example on the floor. This is a hands-on

leadership role for someone who thrives in service and loves developing people.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Leading and motivating the Front of House team during service

 Delivering outstanding, warm, and consistent hospitality

 Supporting training and onboarding of new team members

 Acting as a point of contact on shift and handling guest feedback

 Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation

 Working closely with the kitchen and management team

 Helping shape the culture and standards of a brand-new opening

We’re Looking For Someone Who

 Has previous Front of House supervisory experience

 Leads by example and inspires their team

 Has excellent communication and people skills

 Remains calm, organised, and confident under pressure

 Takes pride in detail and high standards

 Is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow with the business
