Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
Experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
Openness and strong relationship-building skills
Creativity and independence
Excellent organisation skills
Willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions

Responsibilities

Acquiring new clients - long-term users of our product
Conducting online presentations for potential clients
Educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users
Reporting and analysing progress
Constant optimisation and improvement of the customer success process
Market analysis - trends, competition, consumer needs
Working with a CRM system to manage sales (Pipedrive)
