Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire a positive atmosphere where teamwork thrives, and guests leave with memorable impressions. Responsibilities

Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to deliver outstanding service
Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food preparation to serving guests
Oversee food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction
Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
Train new team members on service standards, food safety procedures, and company policies

Qualifications

Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices and bar work.
Experience in serving, barista work, or hotel hospitality is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure
Prior experience in restaurant or gastropub environment essential.
