At Vertu Harlow Multi-Franchise Service Centre, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our established and supportive team. If you’re looking to grow your career with one of the UK’s largest and most secure motor retail groups, this could be the role for you.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 basic salary depending on experience, along with a range of excellent company benefits.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, with NO WEEKENDS

Why this role matters

The Service Advisor role plays a key part in ensuring every customer has a positive, clear and supportive experience. You’ll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team—helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and creating a welcoming, trusted environment for customers.

What you’ll do

Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair
Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer
Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction

What we’re looking for

At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role
Motor trade experience, ideally in a service or aftersales environment
Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
A proactive approach to meeting targets, managing your time and staying calm during peak periods
Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
