About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at SmartPandas, a leading e-commerce company that specializes in stylish and functional products for the modern consumer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will elevate our brand, increase our online presence, and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company objectives
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth
Utilise digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive website traffic and conversions
Create creative and engaging content across various channels to increase brand awareness and engagement
Collaborate with in-house designers and web developers to produce high-quality visuals and improve user experience on the website
Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Manage and track marketing budget and ROI, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement them into our marketing strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or similar industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Experience managing a budget and tracking return on investment
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
