Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Powder Coater, where you'll play a vital role in applying high-quality powder coatings to metal parts and products.

Duties

Prepare metal surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
Operate powder coating equipment including spray booths, curing ovens, and application tools with precision and safety awareness
Apply powder coatings evenly using hand tools and power tools, maintaining consistent thickness and coverage
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production processed
Follow safety protocols related to handling powders, chemicals, and operating machinery to ensure a safe workplace environment
Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments is preferred
Prior experience with as a powder coater mandatory
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise application of coatings
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for equipment operation or material handlin
