The opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator to help shape and deliver the next stage of our growth.
This is a hands-on role within a small team, offering the opportunity to bring ideas, influence strategy and take ownership of marketing activity across several distinct brands.
You will work closely with our Products & New Business and Sales functions, developing brand-specific plans that move customers from awareness and interest through to purchase and repeat engagement.
Our immediate priorities are:
- Developing a clear marketing strategy for each brand
- Creating engaging social media content and growth plans
- Producing professional catalogues, banners and product infographics
- Building and optimising email marketing campaigns
- Improving the digital journey from product discovery to checkout
- Supporting trade outreach through sample packs and marketing materials
- Helping grow our recently launched sensory brand
- Contributing to Google, Amazon and other paid advertising campaigns
As part of a small and collaborative business, you may also be asked to support other reasonable tasks when required.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver practical digital marketing plans across multiple brands
- Bring forward ideas for campaigns, content and brand growth
- Create social media content and manage campaign calendars
- Develop social strategies that increase awareness, traffic, engagement and conversion
- Work with the Sales team to plan, create and optimise email campaigns
- Produce catalogues, brochures, banners, infographics and other campaign assets
- Create clear product infographics that improve understanding and conversion
- Improve website navigation, product presentation, basket progression and checkout
- Support trade-customer acquisition through sample packs and targeted materials
- Coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Edit product imagery and short-form video content
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently
- Contribute to paid advertising campaigns and gradually take greater ownership
- Monitor performance and recommend practical improvements
- Support product-listing optimisation where required
- Contribute to packaging design and product presentation where relevant
- Identify opportunities to reach new audiences, channels and territories
- Use customer feedback and commercial data to improve future activity
- Provide occasional customer-service support during busy periods
About you
You will have at least two years’ experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or brand growth.
You should be able to demonstrate how your work has increased awareness, engagement, website traffic, conversion or sales.
You will:

Essential experience and skills
- At least two years’ relevant experience
- Social media content creation, strategy and campaign management
- Email marketing and campaign optimisation
- Experience creating catalogues, banners, infographics and digital assets
- Strong copywriting and visual-content skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and AI-assisted tools
- Understanding of e-commerce conversion and the digital customer journey
- Ability to analyse performance and make commercial recommendations
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects independently
