Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Prep Chef and become a vital part of creating exceptional dining experiences! Duties

Prepare fresh ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist chefs with assembling dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing prep tasks
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen fully equipped for service
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
Collaborate with team members to streamline food prep processes and improve overall kitchen efficiency

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient handling, and food safety practices is highly desirable
Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality settings will help you adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
