Events Sales Assistant – Nottingham

Location: Nottingham City Centre
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 OTE in your first year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Elysium is looking for confident, outgoing and motivated individuals to join our growing team in Nottingham as Events Sales Assistants.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a social and fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career where hard work and performance are recognised and rewarded.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support, so we're much more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

As an Events Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known brands through face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns at events and retail locations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Speaking with customers face-to-face at events and retail locations
Representing our clients and their brands professionally
Building rapport and delivering a positive customer experience
Generating new customers and sales for our clients
Working towards individual and team targets
Taking part in ongoing sales, product and development training
Working alongside an energetic and supportive team

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events or other customer-facing roles can be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
