Property Administrator – Sales & Lettings

Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Weekends: Occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm on a fair rota basis
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Beeston, Nottingham

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Administrator to join our busy Sales & Lettings team.

This is a varied role supporting both the sales and lettings departments, making sure transactions and tenancies progress smoothly while providing an excellent level of service to clients, buyers, landlords and tenants.

If you are highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced property environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across both the Sales and Lettings departments.
Assist with lettings from offer through to move-in.
Prepare and maintain property and tenancy documentation.
Coordinate communication between landlords, vendors, buyers, tenants, solicitors and other relevant parties.
Arrange and coordinate appointments, inspections and property-related tasks.
Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems.
Assist with referencing, compliance and tenancy paperwork.
Monitor key dates and ensure outstanding actions are followed up promptly.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Liaise with contractors and other suppliers where required.
Support the wider team with general administration and office duties.
Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident and professional when communicating with customers and colleagues.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
Confident using Microsoft Office and property management/CRM systems.
Experienced in property administration, sales or lettings (desirable but not essential).
Knowledgeable about the property industry and relevant processes (desirable).
Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

What We Offer

£27,000 salary
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Occasional Saturdays between 9am -1pm on a fair rota basis
Full-time, permanent position
