An opportunity has arisen for a full-time, permanent Healthcare Driver to join our Sittingbourne depot.

As a healthcare logistics provider, we deliver essential and life-enhancing products to vulnerable individuals in their homes and clinical environments.

The Opportunity

You will complete 35–45 deliveries per day to private residences and residential care settings, ensuring each delivery is carried out with care, discretion and professionalism.

Many of our customers are elderly, unwell or vulnerable. In some cases, you may be the only person they see that day—making your role essential in delivering both service and reassurance.

Key Responsibilities

Daily vehicle safety and compliance checks
Safe loading and handling of healthcare products
Accurate use of handheld delivery technology
Maintaining schedules without compromising care standards
Working collaboratively with warehouse and customer service teams

What We Require

Essential:

Full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points)
Proven multi-drop or professional driving experience
Strong route planning and time management

Equally Important:

A calm, patient and compassionate manner
Confidence working with vulnerable individuals
High personal standards and professionalism
A genuine commitment to our CARE values

A DBS check is required due to the nature of the role.
