Full job description

Sales Assistant

Our busy Rural Sales Department in Exeter is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our successful and dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to develop a long-term career with one of the West Country's leading estate agency brands.

The Role:

Providing administrative support to rural sales team.
Preparing property details, brochures and sales documentation.
Managing property listings across online portals and internal systems.
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Arranging viewings and appointments.
Liaising with buyers, sellers, and other clients.
Assisting with sales progression and maintaining accurate records.
General office administration to support the wider team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
Has an interest in rural property and land
Is confident communicating with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and is comfortable learning new software systems.
Can prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
Enjoys working as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
Delivers excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
Has a full UK driving licence.
