Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team, full time or part time 3 x days per week. This role provides essential administrative support within the company. We are looking for someone who can assist with writing quotations for our clients, working out costing for small jobs and dealing with our customers.

Responsibilities

Assist with the organisation and maintenance of administrative records and files
Assisting in the day to day running of a small office
Preparing and writing quotations for our customers
Understanding costing for materials and manual labour within the company
Assisting in preparing insurance reports
Marketing and the understanding of social media advertising
Good adwords campaign experience would be an advantage
Qualifications
Proven organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Basic understanding of cost control principles and practices is desirable
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
