The College is seeking to appoint an Achievement and Progress Coach who will work closely with the Assistant Principal to monitor attendance and academic progression.

The successful candidate will offer practical advice and emotional support to students and be the main point of contact between the College, students and their families.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who have sound IT skills (Microsoft Office suite desirable).

In addition, previous experience of working in Further Education or with young people in a supporting role would be an advantage.
