About Us

We're the team behind SHOUT and UniTaskr.

SHOUT is our creator marketing platform, specialising in Gen Z creator campaigns. We connect brands with creators to produce authentic, high-performing social content that drives real results. Last year, we became TikTok's first-ever UK Marketing Partner and have worked with brands including Spotify, Adobe, Amazon, NOW, Sky and many more.

Our parent company, UniTaskr, is a recruitment platform connecting businesses with a community of over 250,000 students and graduates across the UK and US, helping employers find talented young people for internships, graduate roles, freelance work and entry-level positions.

As both businesses continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help take our content to the next level.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, energetic and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to own the social presence of both SHOUT and UniTaskr.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content just as much as planning strategy. You'll be responsible for producing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, analysing performance, growing our communities, and working closely with our US creator community to strengthen SHOUT's presence in North America.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation

Create engaging, on-brand content that builds awareness and drives engagement across SHOUT and UniTaskr.
Film, edit and publish high-quality short-form video content.
Produce platform-specific content across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, including Reels, Stories and trending formats.
Keep up to date with platform trends, viral content and emerging social features.

Content Planning & Strategy

Create and manage monthly content calendars across all social platforms.
Develop content strategies that align with wider marketing campaigns and business goals.
Adapt messaging for UK and US audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our social presence.

Social Media Management

Manage the day-to-day running of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Build engaged online communities by responding to comments, messages and participating in relevant conversations.
Work closely with our US creator community, building relationships with creators and helping grow SHOUT's presence across North America.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our content supports wider business objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on performance metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth and conversions.
Use data and insights to optimise content performance and inform future strategy.
Present regular reports with actionable recommendations and ideas.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

3+ years' experience managing social media professionally.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and the latest platform trends.
Confidence filming, editing and appearing on camera.
Strong analytical skills with experience using social media reporting and analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting, spelling and grammar.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
Experience using Canva and video editing software such as CapCut (or similar).

Bonus Points

Experience working within influencer, creator or social media marketing.
Experience managing multiple brands or social accounts.
Familiarity with US social media trends and creator culture.
Experience building online communities.
