Our Team:

The Telehealth Care Response Officer position at Halton Council involves working with vulnerable individuals to provide support and assistance through telehealth services.

Hours:

x3 33.6 hours

x1 22.4 hours

Your Contributions:

In addition you will have:

A full UK driving license
3 GCSEs A-C or equivalent or alternatively 2 years’ experience of working within health or social care

Approximately 2 year experience of working in a people centred environment.
Experience of working alone or as part of a team

Ability to effectively communicate, especially with older people, to have patience and be a good listener.
Ability to organise and prioritise own work with minimum supervision and deal with unexpected events.
Must be able to undertake a 7 day week shift rota including working out of hours and weekends
