VACANCY: Commercial Support

Location: Unit 12a, Oasis Business Park, Road One, Winsford Industrial Estate, Cheshire, CW7 3RY

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Commercial Support professional to join our growing team in Winsford. This is a brand-new role created to support our business growth, meaning it will naturally evolve and offer great room for personal development.

Key Responsibilities

As our Commercial Support assistant, you will drive excellent document control, stay highly organized, and ensure company processes are followed. Your daily tasks will include:

Team Support: Assisting the Commercial Director and Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Customer Liaison: Keeping customers updated regarding delivery dates, required information, and order updates.
Internal Coordination: Communicating directly with the operations and production teams regarding any delays and giving customer updates.
Call Handling: Taking commercial phone calls and providing general information to clients.
Diary Management: Managing calendars for the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager to schedule internal production meetings.
Order Processing: Processing client orders and ensuring all relevant documentation is sent out correctly.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude. You should be happy working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

What you will need:

Tech Skills: Good experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an outgoing personality and a confident phone manner.
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering great service and a professional attitude when dealing with customer demand pressures.
Organization: High attention to detail, a process-driven mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.

The Package

Salary: Starting £26,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Great Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm (Early finish for the weekend!)
Holiday: 23 days holiday plus all statutory bank holidays
Pension: Contributory company pension scheme
Bonus: Discretionary profit-share scheme (dependent on company performance)
