We're looking for a compassionate Complex Carer to support a vibrant lady with complex health needs in her own home and out in her local community. .
This isn't just a Support Worker role, it's a chance to make a genuine difference in someone's life every single day.
Our client loves adventures to Chester Zoo, trips to the theatre, and getting out and about in the community. Your role will be to support her to enjoy these experiences, build her confidence, maintain her independence, and make the most of every opportunity.
You'll be more than a caregiver, you'll be a trusted companion, encouraging her to pursue the things that bring her joy while providing the tailored support she needs. Requirements
What we'd like:
- Experience in caring for a patient / client with complex health needs
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle

Training
Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
