Must-Haves
- Experience: Proven track record estimating roofing and/or façade packages.
- Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of envelope systems (zinc, rainscreen, SFS, flat roofing).
- Software: Proficient in Bluebeam, estimating software, and Excel take-offs.
The Role & Company
J3 Roofing & Facades is a fast-growing specialist contractor delivering top-tier building envelope solutions. You will manage tenders from initial enquiry to handover, driving our commercial growth through accurate, compliant estimation and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and BOQs from drawings and specifications.
- Produce value engineering options and project risk assessments.
- Manage tender deadlines, submissions, and post-tender handovers to the contracts team.
- Liaise closely with clients, main contractors, and suppliers.
Desirable Extras
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Knowledge of current Building Regulations and façade compliance standards.
- Experience with Design & Build projects.
