Full job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse Manager to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, leading a team, solving problems quickly, and making sure every detail is right. You’ll be overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, supporting the team, improving processes where needed, and helping us maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment. A strong eye for detail is especially important in this role, as accuracy across stock, packing, deliveries, and warehouse organisation really matters.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation
Managing goods in, goods out, stock control, and order fulfilment
Leading and supporting the warehouse team
Making sure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
Keeping stock organised and monitoring inventory levels carefully
Spotting errors, discrepancies, or issues before they become bigger problems
Looking for ways to improve systems and make processes more efficient
Working with couriers, suppliers, and any third-party logistics partners
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Training team members on warehouse procedures and equipment where needed
Helping create a positive, hardworking, and supportive team environment

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Someone practical, proactive, and highly organised
A confident team leader who can motivate others and lead by example
Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and stock management
Experience using warehouse or stock systems
Forklift experience is a bonus
Someone who can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
A problem-solver who enjoys improving the way things are done

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 37.5 per week
