Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per year + uncapped commission

Location: Field-based / UK territory (remote working from home base)

About Us

We are an established UK supplier of premium school sportswear, PE kits and customised teamwear. Working in partnership with school uniform retailers, schools and educational organisations nationwide, we are recognised for delivering high-quality products, reliable service and long-term customer relationships.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated School Sportswear & Education Partnerships Manager to develop new partnerships while strengthening relationships with our existing customers.

The Role

This is a field-based role focused on developing partnerships with schools, retailers and education organisations across the UK.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, presenting our schoolwear and sportswear solutions, and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and creating long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing schoolwear and retail partners.
Identify opportunities to grow sales within current customer accounts.
Introduce our sportswear, PE kit and customised teamwear solutions to new customers.
Build relationships with schools and educational organisations to secure new partnerships.
Visit customers regularly across your allocated territory.
Present new collections, product ranges and bespoke branding options.
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and onboarding.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities and sales progress.
Plan and manage your own diary, customer visits and territory development activities.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused professional who enjoys developing opportunities and delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will ideally have:

Experience in business development, territory sales, account management or customer partnerships.
Experience within schoolwear, sportswear, apparel, retail, education, workwear or a related sector (advantageous but not essential).
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
The ability to develop new relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Confidence working independently in a field-based role.
A full UK driving licence.

Product and industry training will be provided for the right candidate.
