JOB ROLE: Family Support Worker

LOCATION: Stourport-on-Severn (DY13)

SALARY: £13.45 - 14.05* per hour

HOURS: 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts,.

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving License - essential.

At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We worth with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment.

This is a challenging yet meaningful role, supported by experts with genuine opportunities for career progression and personal development.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Take on a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre on waking night shifts.
Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice.
You will be part of a qualified and experienced team that is overseen by the Centre Manager.
Complete initial assessments of the family’s needs enabling you to produce action plans.
You will act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.

You need to be able to work flexibly to provide support for families and children. This will include working shifts with full-time and night hours being available.
