Full job description

Vehicle Administrator – Part Time - 16-20 hours - Can work around School Hours

Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Administrator to support our busy Peugeot and Vauxhall franchises. This roles requires great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

We need someone who is quick thinking and able to work under pressure. You will be driven, focused and possess exceptional organisational, IT and administration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both the sales and accounts teams.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role in a franchised dealership, although full training will be given for the right candidate.

Key Tasks

Ensuring all vehicle deals are processed efficiently and meet all regulatory and company policy requirements
Invoicing all vehicle sales and controlling the vehicle creditors and debtors including ensuring all vehicle bonuses are paid and accounted for
Taxing vehicles accurately and in a timely manner
Updating various systems to ensure customer records are accurate
Ordering new cars and ensuring the correct warranties and policies are set up
Offer excellent customer service face to face, by telephone or online with internal and external customers
Contribute to a departmental profit by maximising all opportunities to promote additional products and services
