Care Team Leader – Days
Overstone House, Northampton
42 hours per week | Permanent | 8:00am – 8:00pm

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Thursday & Friday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

The Role

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and motivating your team to deliver their very best.

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll:

Lead and coordinate your team throughout each shift.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Support care planning and resident assessments.
Mentor and develop Care Assistants.
Ensure high standards are maintained in line with CQC regulations.
Create a positive, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can truly thrive.
