Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food and beverage service, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Our sleek hotel restaurant, The Sea Pearl Restaurant & Bar is in need of a front of house assistant!

Located on the seafront of Worthing, Marine Parade, our front of house team are energetic, outgoing with a friendly approachable personality. We teach you the skills to ensure our guests are smiling along with us.

The Role -

Meeting guests in a professional and friendly manner ensuring guests are promptly seated, creating a welcoming environment
Ensure that all guests’ requests and needs are responded to quickly and effectively
Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with health and safety regulations
Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are always well maintained
Both Function and restaurant bar work ensuring all licensing laws are upheld
Ensuring events & function rooms are set to requirements
Formal table service for events
Set up, clear and service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner
Any other duties as directed by the F&B Manager or other member of the management team

With the nature of the industry our team must be able to work weekends.

Experienced preferred due to fast passed environment. However, full training will be provided.
