.Sales Team Admin Coordinator

Location: Aldershot
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday–Friday)
Reports To: Sales Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Team Admin Coordinator to support our busy sales team and help drive an exceptional customer experience.

As the central point of coordination for the sales function, you’ll be responsible for managing the team’s diaries, scheduling customer meetings and product demonstrations, preparing quotations, onboarding new customers, and ensuring every stage of the sales process runs smoothly.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and wants to play an integral role in supporting a high-performing sales team.

Working Pattern

· Part-time position

· Monday to Friday

· We are looking for someone who can work during core business hours to provide support to our sales team and customers.

· We offer flexibility around the exact hours and are happy to discuss a working pattern that suits both the successful candidate and the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Sales Team Support

· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

· Manage the sales team’s diaries, scheduling meetings, customer visits, product demonstrations and follow-up appointments.

Customer Onboarding

· Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

· Liaise with customers to gather required documentation and account details.

· Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and internal systems.

· Support customers through the onboarding process, providing a seamless first experience.

Quotations & Sales Administration

· Prepare and issue professional sales quotations in a timely manner.

· Assist with pricing requests and maintain quotation records.

· Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into company systems.

· Monitor outstanding quotations and support the sales team with timely follow-up activity.

Customer Demonstrations & Appointments

· Schedule product demonstrations, and site visits on behalf of the sales team.

· Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure demonstrations are fully prepared.

· Manage appointment confirmations, rescheduling and follow-up communications.

CRM & Pipeline Management

· Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM system.

· Update sales opportunities, activities and customer interactions.

· Produce reports on quotations, customer activity and sales pipeline performance.

· Help ensure follow-ups are completed and opportunities continue to progress.

Cross-Department Coordination

· Liaise with Sales Admin Supervisor Finance and Service/Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.

· Support invoicing and order administration where required.

· Help resolve customer queries by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, personable and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.

You’ll ideally have:

· Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar commercial support role.

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience preparing quotations and coordinating customer appointments.

· Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· A friendly, professional manner and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
