About the Role
37 hours per week

Temporary until 31/03/27
Based within our Housing Support Grant and Development Team in Ruthin Road, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in our communities. You will work closely with the Housing Support and Sustainment Lead to help shape how services are designed, commissioned and delivered – ensuring they align with key corporate, regional and national priorities

You will play an important part in developing Housing Support Grant schemes across the County Borough. This includes working collaboratively with partners to enhance existing services and taking a lead role in commissioning, service development and remodelling activities, supported by Housing Support Team Leader and the Housing Support Planning Group
