Having recently acquired the Jaguar Land Rover franchise in Norwich, we now boast a dedicated team of over 250 professionals, all committed to delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of vehicles and automotive services, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Isuzu, Omoda and Jaecoo.

About the role

As Sales Manager for our Boston Jaguar Land Rover site, you will take full responsibility for the dealership's new and used vehicle sales performance, leading your team to achieve ambitious volume, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.

You will work closely with the Head of Business and wider dealership management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies while ensuring every customer receives a world-class Jaguar Land Rover experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.

· Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and maximise profitability.

· Manage showroom operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards.

· Monitor and develop team performance through regular coaching, training and development.

· Oversee vehicle stock management, stock turn and profit optimisation.

· Manage pricing, part exchanges and used vehicle purchasing decisions.

· Review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Ensure all manufacturer standards, FCA requirements and dealership policies are maintained.

· Analyse sales performance data and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

· Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, Finance and Administration teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

· Lead customer satisfaction initiatives, responding proactively to feedback and continually improving the customer experience.

About the ideal candidate

· Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager within the automotive sector.

· Experience within a premium or luxury automotive brand.

· Knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover products and retailer standards is an advantage

· Understanding of vehicle finance, regulatory compliance and FCA requirements.

· Strong track record of delivering sales volume, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

· Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with experience managing high-performing teams.

· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and act on key performance indicators.

· Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

· Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

· Full UK driving licence.
