Pharmacy Dispenser

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly and professional pharmacy team. You will play a key role in delivering safe, accurate dispensing services and providing excellent patient care under the supervision of the pharmacist.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys working with the public, and thrives in a busy pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescribed medications in accordance with legal and professional standards
Support patients by providing clear advice on the correct use of medicines
Assist with medication administration and day‑to‑day dispensary tasks
Maintain appropriate stock levels and support stock control processes
Respond to prescription queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and governance requirements
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality patient care

Skills and Experience

Strong customer service and patient‑focused approach
Good knowledge of medication dispensing and administration procedures
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
