Customer Advisor

£26,000 per annum
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Office Based | Yate

We're Looking for Our Next Customer Advisor Superstar!

But if you're the type of person who loves helping others, gets a strange amount of satisfaction from a colour-coded diary, enjoys solving problems before anyone else even notices them, and likes the idea of every day being different... keep reading.

We're Pearce Healthcare and Mobility, and we're looking for someone who'll become an important part of our office and showroom team.

No two days here are ever the same.

One minute you'll be helping a customer find the right mobility solution in our showroom. The next you'll be arranging deliveries of specialist healthcare equipment, supporting healthcare professionals, coordinating repairs, answering customer enquiries, organising training visits or spotting an opportunity for one of our Product Specialists to help someone further.

If variety is your thing, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in a little bit of everything, including:

Helping customers choose the right healthcare and mobility equipment.
Welcoming customers into our showroom and providing excellent customer service.
Answering telephone calls and managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
Supporting the sales of mobility equipment and services.
Preparing quotations, purchase orders and processing customer orders.
Coordinating deliveries, installations and collections.
Managing repairs, servicing, maintenance and aftersales support.
Managing diaries, appointments and visits.
Keeping our showroom organised, welcoming and ready for customers.

Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
Have a passion for sales that focus on finding the right solution for each customer.

Communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and enjoy learning new systems such as Sage and Ordorite.
Enjoy variety rather than doing the same task every day.
Like being part of a close-knit team where everyone mucks in and enjoys the busy atmosphere.
