As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Agricultural Fuel Sales Representative to help expand our customer base throughout Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire.

This isn't simply a sales role - it's an opportunity to take ownership of your own territory, represent a trusted local business and build lasting relationships with customers who value service over price alone.

The Opportunity

Working from home and out in the field, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own diary and territory while developing relationships with:

Agricultural businesses and farms
Construction companies
Haulage and transport operators
Commercial fuel users

You'll inherit a mix of existing customer relationships while focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities, helping Tincknell Fuels continue its growth across the South West.

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of calls you make - it's about building trust, understanding customers' businesses and becoming their preferred fuel supplier.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has experience in agricultural or field-based B2B sales.
Enjoys meeting customers and building long-term relationships.
Is self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing their own territory.
Has a genuine understanding of farming and rural businesses.
Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Wants to be part of a business where decisions are made locally and relationships matter.
