Full job description

Duties;
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Organize and booking appointments with new and existing customers, meetings, and events.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of computerized systems for managing office tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
